eDiscovery is gaining momentum amongst law firms and corporates alike, and the South African market is set to emulate global trends and growth in this practice area , evident by the attendance of a number of top firms and corporates, including Webber Wentzel, Bowman Gilfillan, Norton Rose, Schlumberger, Anglo American, Rio Tinto and Deloitte, who had come to hear panellists’ views on how technology and innovative resourcing are changing the very nature of legal services delivery.
