  3. Ask questions and check that all aspects are clearly defined: in addition, we aim to provide applicable solutions to address the changing demands and needs of our clients. We look for clarification to give our 100%.
  4. Put yourself in their shoes: what would make you confident that someone was looking after your needs and thinking about your deadline? Would that extra email or telephone call help? If so, we do it.
