  3. Set-up: testing system access and internal communications and introducing the team.
  4. Implementation: training for the team on client systems and protocols plus pilot working.
  5. Account strategy planning: what is our client’s long-term strategy for outsourcing and how we will ensure we continually work towards this?
  6. Account management: our client service managers are responsible for making sure everything runs smoothly 24/7.
