Anthony Shinsky is a registered architect with over 30 years of experience in programming, design, construction documentation, field observation and contract administration. Mr. Shinsky has decades of experience analyzing the built environment, much of which is relevant to forensic investigations.

Prior to working as an architect, Mr. Shinsky gained relevant experience and knowledge of the construction industry and its processes by working as a general contractor. He continues to be engaged in the ongoing development of single and multi-family dwelling properties. Additionally, he owns multiple rental units and has experience in property and tenant management.

Mr. Shinsky’s extensive experience in the construction industry and the practice of architecture, has provided him with invaluable knowledge of their separate and collective influence on each other and the built environment, specifically within the realms of construction defects and the health, safety and welfare of the public at large with respect to premises safety.

Anthony brings this expertise to bear on a wide array of forensic investigation and analysis issues that involve property maintenance, construction coordination and processes, scopes of work, construction defects and premises liability issues such as slip, trip and fall incidents on walkways, stairs, ramps, sidewalks, parking lots and similar surfaces.

Mr. Shinsky is a registered architect in jurisdictions throughout the United States. He holds a National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) certificate and is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA). Mr. Shinsky earned a Bachelor of Architecture (B.A.) degree from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
