London, November 4th, 2019 – Bright Minds Capital Partners is delighted to announce Daniel Logan is joining the company as an Advisor to the Board of Directors.
As a practicing attorney working exclusively for seven sister law firms for over 25 years, Daniel brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in the technology, data, and finance sectors. Daniel’s focus areas have included corporate/commercial law, especially within the financial services and FinTech arenas, advising clients on everything from complex outsourcing agreements to technology manufacturing and hardware transactions. Daniel also has significant experience in the M&A sector, acting in the role of both lead counsel and supporting counsel for a range of high tech and data-driven organizations.
Daniel has an in depth interest and knowledge of data analytics, leading him to design, implement and manage legal processing solutions for clients in the financial services sector. This led to the Financial Times of London, in its 2015 Special Report on North American Innovative Lawyers, describing him as being ‘at the forefront of innovation in the Canadian legal market’. Daniel has also lectured at the Schulich School of Business’ Master of Business Analytics Program on the topic of commercial analytics in the practice of law.
